Biskut Mazola aka Biskut Kacang

As salam.
  • Semalam tiba-tiba terasa nak buat cookies.

  • Tapi, kali ni saya guna minyak sayuran ataupun vegetable oil kata oghang putih gedeban.
  • Senang sangat nak buat biskut ni. Janganla bagi alasan takde masa la, tak sempatla, takde ovenla, takde mixer la(bercakap pasal diri sendiri).
  • Orang dulu-dulu deme takde oven, jadi deme goreng biskut ni macam arwah opah saya buat. Mixer canggih macam KitchenAid tu pun tak mandang. Deme gaul pakai senduk kayu tu je. Blender pun tak ada, tumbuk guna lesung batu. Sedap je rasanya.
  • Abih tunggu apa lagi? Pegi la dapor cepat buat. Nah resepinya :)

Biskut Mazola

200g  Tepung gandum
150g  Gula halus ~ saya guna icing sugar :)
140ml Minyak jagung ~ minyak sayuran pon boleyyy
1/4 camca teh garam
200g + 50g  Kacang tanah
1 kuning telur + 2 tsp air

Cara-cara:
1.  Roast(bakor? panggang? entah) kacang tanah dalam oven 200deg c. Kalau nak goreng tanpa minyak pun boleh. Ketepikan lebih kurang 50g kacang tadi untuk hiasan.
Then, selebihnya kisar.

2. Ayak tepung & icing sugar together. Masukkan garam & kacang yang dah dikisar tadi. Gaul.

3. Masukkan minyak, gaul sampai jadi doh.

4. Sediakan baking tray. Line your tray guna parchment paper atau butter.Preheat oven ke 180deg c.

5. Uli bulat-bulat(nak guna acuan pun boleh, akak malas tak sempat :P). Letak kacang, penyekkan.

6. Bakar sekejap dalam 8-10 minit. Keluarkan, sapu kuning telur. Bakar semula dalam 8-10 minit lagi. Selepas itu dah boleh ngap :D

Saiz & bentuk tak sama tu bukan comot tapi kreativiti tau.
Haa nampak tak? Biskut majmuk. Baru meriah :P

Walaupun rupanya tak menawan sangat gorgeous, tapi rasa memang  melatop!

Sekian terima kasih untuk entri kali ini. Selamat mencuba ye. :)

Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan

  • During Spring holidays, we brought our kids to Bay Area where Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium is located. It was our first visit and we didn't plan the trip really well.
  • We took the subway Midosuji line(red) to Hommachi and then from there, we stopped at Osakako station by subway Chuo line(green).

On your way, you won't miss a big landmark nearby. The ferris wheel.

That is Santa Maria Cruise

Closer view of the largest ferris wheel in the world. Tempozan Ferris Wheel.

We didn't have much time as we arrived at noon. We'll make another visit for the ferris wheel ride :)

The entrance of the Marketplace. Shopping & Dining. There's a Turkish restaurant serving halal food here. Yeay!!

Chasing the birds :)

We had to queue. It was a long queue, but the waiting time wasn't that long.

The tunnel is not as long as the one in Aquaria KLCC.

The otters.

Seal

Our favourite spot, the penguins corner :)

Dolphins. The pictures are all blurry. They swam so fast and I'm no professional photographer :P

Only in Japan. Giant crabs!

  • After the tour, we had late lunch at the Turkish restaurant. A buffet which cost about 1400yen per head. Affordable, so I recommend you to go there as there's not much choice of halal food around.
  • All in all, we had a great time there. Most importantly, the kids enjoyed their time that day :D.
